Pat passed away peacefully on 1st January 2020 at St Catherine's Hospice.
The dearly loved wife of the late Michael, mum to Hayley, Nigel and Michelle, mother-in-law to Sally and Marcus, Grandma to Josh, Harry, Lara, Elisha, Nat, Maddy, Sam, Rebekah and Callum, sister-in-law to Keith and Elizabeth and aunty to Beverley and Stuart.
